For this reason, the crates we use are cleaned and disinfected daily to ensure the health of all animals, while all rooms remain calm and free of stimuli that can hurt an already-stressed animal that experiences post-operative pain and anxiety away from its owner.

In the event that an animal is diagnosed or suspected of having an infectious disease, it is completely isolated and all hygiene protocols are respected in order to avoid transmission.
